Return Address

Returns require prior authorization. After a return is approved, customer support will provide the authorized return address and, for an eligible U.S. return, a prepaid shipping label.

Do not send products to an address found through a public directory or to the address shown on the original parcel unless our return instructions specifically direct you to do so.

For faster service, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Never email full payment-card numbers, passwords or government identification documents.
