Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://manevessa.com, operated by AURAPURE LLC under the brand Manevessa. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Website Use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal shopping purposes. You may not interfere with website security, introduce malicious code, scrape the website without permission, impersonate another person, misuse customer information or violate intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the website.

Products and Orders

Product colors and textures may vary slightly because of lighting, screens and normal manufacturing variations. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately but do not guarantee that every display is identical to the physical item.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions or quantity limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Pricing Payment and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address where required by law. Standard shipping is free.

The selected payment method is authorized and charged when the order is placed and confirmed. We do not currently offer installment payments or gift cards, and we do not currently sell promotional or final-sale products.

Shipping Returns and Refunds

Shipping, delivery, return and refund terms are governed by the Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy displayed on the website. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Third Party Services

The website may use or link to services provided by Shopify, payment processors, carriers and other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

Intellectual Property

The website content, brand elements, product descriptions, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to AURAPURE LLC, except for third-party materials. No content may be copied, republished or commercially used without prior written permission.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not exclude warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or product purchase. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law and Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their state of residence.

Before filing a legal claim, you and AURAPURE LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may pursue the claim in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not restrict rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed will govern that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
