Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Manevessa through https://manevessa.com. They supplement the Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Product Listings

Each listing describes the product, available option, price and material information known to us. Images and colors may appear slightly different because of screen and lighting conditions. Customers should rely on the written specifications for size and compatibility.

Product names used by Manevessa identify our catalog styles. They do not represent patented, medical or certified technology unless the product page expressly states and substantiates such a claim.

Prices and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change prospectively. The price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious error.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve inventory.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, payment, fraud, pricing, delivery or legal reasons. If a paid order is canceled, the charged amount will be refunded.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information; review product details before purchase; follow product care and safety instructions; and inspect delivered packages promptly.

Products are sold only to individual consumers for lawful personal use. We do not accept wholesale or resale orders. Unauthorized resale, deceptive marketing or alteration of product identifiers is prohibited.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days after processing. The daily business-day cut-off is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Risk of loss remains subject to applicable law and carrier delivery records. Contact us promptly about lost, damaged or misdelivered orders so we can investigate.

Returns Refunds and Remedies

Eligibility, condition requirements, return authorization and refund timing are stated in the Return and Refund Policy. For a defective, damaged or incorrect product, available remedies may include replacement, refund or another remedy required by law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These sales are governed by Missouri law and applicable federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a legal claim, contact support@manevessa.com so the parties can try in good faith to resolve the dispute. If unresolved, either party may proceed in a court with lawful jurisdiction; arbitration is not required.
